Vinyasa Flow
This dynamic, breath-led class guides you through flowing sequences that build strength, flexibility, and focus. Perfect if you want to move, sweat gently, and feel grounded and clear. Expect a steady rhythm, conscious breathwork, and a full-body reset.
Yin Yoga – Slow Down & Release
This calming, meditative class invites you into long-held postures that work deep into your connective tissues. Ideal for anyone seeking stillness, recovery, and inner balance. A powerful way to reduce stress, increase mobility, and reconnect with your body on a deeper level.
