
Hi, I’m Katharina,
a nature-loving soul who’s happiest with bare feet, and a belly full of good food, surrounded by animals.
I’m 27 years old, originally from Germany, and I’ve been living in beautiful Portugal for the past four years with my boyfriend and our beloved dog Carlito.
My journey into health and well-being began early. I grew up in a family where movement was part of daily life – my mother is a yoga teacher, and my father a former football player. From a young age, I was immersed in the world of an active lifestyle.
Driven by a deep interest in how health works – on both an individual and societal level – I pursued a Bachelor’s degree in European Public Health in the Netherlands, followed by a Master’s in Health Promotion in Lisbon. But my curiosity didn’t stop at theory. I wanted to work directly with people, combining scientific knowledge with practical tools that create real-life change. So, I continued my training in Germany, becoming a certified Vinyasa Yoga Teacher, a nutritionist, and a coach in stress and burnout prevention.

Over the time of my health science studies, I became passionate about nutrition – not just what we eat, but how we relate to food. In today’s world, we’re surrounded by noise: trends, restrictions, “good” and “bad” foods. Diet culture wants to tell us what to do, to follow rigid rules, and ignore our own bodies. But I believe food should be a source of energy, joy, and connection – not stress. My approach is about helping you rediscover a healthy relationship with food: one rooted in nourishment, flexibility, and what actually works for you in the long run.

Another pilar of my work is mental health. Like so many of us, I’ve felt the weight of constantly being busy, of trying to meet expectations, and of putting my own well-being last. I know how easily stress can sneak into our minds and bodies, and how much it impacts our energy, digestion, sleep, and joy. That’s why I care so deeply about stress prevention and want to help you deal with the chaos of every day life.
Through Kind Soul, I bring all of this together: yoga, nutrition, and stress prevention – taught with empathy and a deep respect for your individual path. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, I want to guide and support you in building a foundation of well-being that’s sustainable, empowering, and aligned with your life.
