This one-on-one course offers customized nutrition coaching based on your unique lifestyle, goals, and preferences. You’ll receive practical guidance, weekly support, and the tools to create sustainable habits – without restrictive diets or overwhelm.

  • Optional guided cooking session to build skills and confidence in the kitchen

Pricing - Individual nutrition coaching includes:

  • Initial consultation (30mins): a free session where we will discover your needs and goals, including a food diary and anamnesis form

  • 1 Session (60 mins): where we will discuss your nutrition plan for the next 2 weeks and set short-term and long-term goals

  • 2 Follow- up session after 2 and 4 weeks (each ~30 mins): where we will review and adjust your plan to build on progress and your new habits

  • Ongoing support throughout the time working together - you can always contact me regarding doubts, questions and advice
