My Mission: help you create long-term well-being for body, mind and soul.

Hi, I’m Katharina – the heart behind Kind Soul.

I’m a nature-loving soul who feels most at home with bare feet, ocean swims, and slow mornings. Originally from Germany, I now live in Portugal with my partner and my dog Carlito.

My work blends science and soul: I’m a certified yoga teacher, nutritionist, and stress & burnout prevention coach with a background in health sciences. My mission is to help you reconnect with your body, build sustainable habits, and find calm in the chaos of everyday life.

Who can I help?

Kind Soul is for you if you’re looking for holistic health coaching to feel calmer, healthier, and more connected to your body. It’s especially supportive if you’re dealing with stress, chronic overwhelm, or early signs of burnout, and you want practical, sustainable support - not extreme rules. If you’re interested in a whole-person approach that blends yoga, nutrition coaching, and stress & burnout prevention, this is for you - whether you’re based in Lisbon (and surroundings) or prefer online coaching.

How can I help?

We start with a free 30‑minute discovery call to understand your current stress levels, needs, habits, and goals. From there, you’ll receive 1:1 coaching in your chosen area or a personalized plan that combines stress and burnout prevention tools, supportive nutrition coaching, and yoga and mindful movement. Together we create simple routines you can actually maintain—nourishing meals, realistic lifestyle shifts, and calming practices—so you can feel healthier, more resilient, and more at ease in everyday life. Coaching is available online and in Lisbon.
