šĀ Ingredients Youāll Need
For the salad:
Corn (canned or fresh)
A handful of cherry tomatoes
1/2 of a red onion
Optional: a sprinkle of fresh cilantro, chopped
1 ripe avocado
For the dressing:
Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime
A spoonful of natural or soy yoghurt
A dash of olive oil
1 small clove of fresh garlic
Salt and pepper

1. Optional but recommended: Toss the corn in a hot pan for a few minutes to bring out a delicious roasted flavor. Let it cool.
2. Chop all the remaining ingredients
3. Mix your dressing. Stir together yoghurt, olive oil, lemon or lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
